Fair Process and Non Sequential Circles

Two short videos, one is an explanation of fair process being enacted following a demonstration of a small impromptu conversation. The other is a non-sequential circle asking participants what they know about RP. We use this as a demonstration of how circles and their prompts, can serve as formative assessment tools.
