Leading With Relationships

Leading With Relationships is an introductory course for providing staff with the framework of Restorative Practices. Emphasis is placed on intentional community building practices that build the foundation for a restorative school community. Participants engage in circles, practice affective statements, draft affective communication, and begin to understand the work for Restorative Practices.
